Suspended Ceilings & Stud Walls – Installed new ceilings and partitions to improve spatial organisation, acoustic insulation, and utility integration.
Bespoke Laboratory Benching & Storage – Supplied and installed HTM/HBN compliant Trespa benching and under-counter storage tailored to laboratory workflows, enhancing hygiene and efficiency.
Laboratory-Grade Vinyl Flooring – Fitted resilient, hygienic flooring designed for high-traffic laboratory environments, supporting safety and infection control.
Plumbing & Drainage Systems – Upgraded plumbing and drainage to meet pathology analyser requirements, reducing contamination risk and supporting accurate diagnostics.
HTM Compliant IPS Wash Stations – Installed integrated handwashing stations with advanced hygiene features to promote infection control and regulatory compliance.
OUTCOME
The refurbishment delivered a modern, fully compliant laboratory environment that improved workflow, efficiency, and staff safety. Energy consumption was reduced through LED lighting and upgraded HVAC systems.
